Processing time

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on which warehouse fulfils your order:

US warehouse — 3–5 business days after dispatch
China warehouse — 7–12 business days after dispatch

The estimate that applies to your order is shown in your cart and on your order confirmation.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $69.99. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact support@ryoxzel.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Shipping areas

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Duties and import taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and aren't included in the order total.
